With the creation of my website on the New Year, I challenged myself to take a photo every day.

So for a year, everyday I will take a photograph.

not as easy as it looks!

Day 1 - A New Year

ree

Last year, my friend Natalie shared what you would call a photography chain post. Normally I try not to get involved in such things, but I thought for once, maybe it would nice to do something different.

The rule was, once nominated you had to take a black and white photograph everyday, and also nominate someone to do the same.

Day 2 - Someone Has Been Stitched Up

“that everywhere has a wealth of photography opportunities”

Stubbornly over many years I have kept my photography world only to nature. Even-though I take pictures of property's on a daily basis, I have always felt at home when working in nature, however I always remembered what my friend Juliana told me, "that you have to come out of your comfort zone", "and that everywhere has a wealth of photography opportunities".

Day 3 - This Is Might Be An Interesting Conversation

Day 4 - Christmas Only Comes Once A Year

Day 5 - Turbulence

ree

Because of my daily job, I have to travel all across London, and sometimes you get a moment to stop and look around. I always thought over the years, that the second sight that lots of photographers have, only truly works within the world of photography that you love. However this time I started to look around more, open my mind a little, and try to see the wealth of stories and moments that surround me, as I travel through my day.

I realised then, that my eye wasn't just limited to the natural world, but it can be applied anywhere, as long as I willing to try.

Day 6 - Bored Saturdays

Day 7- "To see the world, things dangerous to come to, to see behind walls, draw closer, to find each other, and to feel. That is the purpose of life"

ree

The purpose of this photo blog is not to be political, nor to make any statements, but to give you another insight of the world. My hope is to create something that can be held to the highest standard, because it is my belief, that if you have the ability to see things that maybe other people don't see, is not just a gift, but a privilege, and it should be shared for all to enjoy, and experience. I hope by reading this, you will feel similarly inspired to share your moments as well.
